Dogs dream too, you know...

If you've ever had a pet, you quickly realized they dream too. As humans, we tend to be egocentric and think that our species is the most superior. As we learn more about animals it is obvious that intelligence takes many forms. Dogs Dream Too is my homage to our beloved pets for their special intelligence, ability to dream and capacity for unconditional  love.

I always wanted a dog as a child. Growing up I would visit my Aunt Debbie, who raised Italian Greyhounds. After a long summer day of garden and kennel chores, the reward was that we would get to play with the puppies in the yard. It wasn't until I was 31 that Jack came into my life. My love of animals, especially dogs, truly took root.

In 2004 I received my Associates in Arts from Mt. San Jacinto College and in 2008 my Bachelor of Arts, Art History, from the University of California Riverside.

After a long break from fine art, I am bringing my passion for animals and art together.
